• A walk through and warranty service review when you move in
• A 3 month warranty service appointment
• A year-end warranty service appointment

Artisan, in keeping with their membership in the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, features a two year warranty to cover electrical, plumbing, and mechanical system operations, as well as the exterior envelope integrity of your home. The five year warranty covers any structural defects as defined by the Alberta New Home Warranty.
