Through the years, we’ve built everything from the modest bungalow to executive homes worth over one million dollars. Our extensive experience has allowed us to successfully develop and build in new and unique areas within existing communities in and around the city of Calgary.

Over the last five years, the bulk of our projects have been in the new, award winning community of Garrison Woods. Here we have constructed new infill homes, and have done extensive work renewing the old CFB Currie homes to new, modern standards.

Previously, Artisan participated not only in custom and tract home building, but in unique projects awarded to us in the Richmond Hill area. These projects included Richmond Mews and Richmond Lane, both single family detached housing built on lots between 25’ to 32’, and Richmond Village - a semi-detached, bare land condominium complex.
